Katherine joined Capio in October 2021 as the VP of Financial Planning & Analysis.  In this role, she is responsible for portfolio due diligence and enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting and analysis.

Ms. Redd brings with her over 20 years of finance experience delivering insightful analysis and driving improvements in KPIs and financial results in organizations across multiple industries.  Most recently, Katherine served as the Regional Director of FP&A at G4S Secure Solutions, and has previously held financial leadership positions with yp (Thryv), Fiserv, and specialty retailers Benchmark Brands and AfterHours Formalwear.

Katherine attended the University of Georgia, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business with a concentration in Finance and a minor in French, and she earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Georgia State University.  She is a member of the Financial Executive Networking Group, The Institute of Management Accountants and currently serves as a Director and Treasurer on her HOA Board.  In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family, cheering on college football, and is working on a quest with her youngest son to watch a baseball game in every MLB stadium.
