Randy joined The Law Offices of Mitchell D. Bluhm & Associates as a founding member in 2008. He began as the Director of Operations at the law firm, and then was promoted to Vice President of Capio, AssetCare, and The Law Offices of Mitchell D. Bluhm & Associates in 2020. In 2023 he was again promoted to Chief Production Officer.

Mr. Williams began his career in Retail in 1976 working for Federated Department stores. He started out as a commission salesman and worked his way up to store management over his 30-year career. He has been with the Capio team since 2008 overseeing operations.

Randy is a member of the ACA. He enjoys spending time with his 3 grandchildren, hunting, and fishing when time allows.
